Review: I’m probably going to get a lot of shocked looks for saying this but… I still haven’t given my baby any solids, and he’s 9 months old now 🤯 I’ve done this intentionally for a few reasons (and did this with my other 3 kids as well). 1. Breastfeeding is simple for me - it’s so much easier not to think about bottles and other food and to just stick baby on the boob. 2. He’s gaining weight and growing perfectly, so he doesn’t need it yet. 3. I haven’t fully researched this, but my gut says that giving a baby’s digestive system more time to mature before introducing solids leads to less likelihood of food allergies and gut issues (this seems to be true with my kids). When did you introduce solids to your kiddos? #newmom #firsttimemom #momofboys
